Overview

We are in search of certified and committed home health professionals to become part of a vibrant home care agency. Joining our team offers the chance to work alongside nurses, adhering to care plans and providing excellent care to residents in their homes.

Responsibility

Provide home care services to patients at home
Performs household tasks
Transports patients to medical appointments
Assists patients with medication reminders
Monitors patient's vital signs
Assist patients with care records and documents that are provided

Requirements

A proven working experience as Home Health Aide
Ability to monitor vital signs and collect samples
Proficiency in English language
Excellent communication and personal care administration
Current CPR/First Aid Certificate
Proven ability to manage multiple home care assignments
Valid Massachusetts driver's license

Educational Qualification

Home Health Aide Certificate from an accredited Massachusetts Board of Post Secondary Education.
